Mix and Match Services (This is just a taste of what we offer!): - Website Management (Optional for sites built by us, best for growing businesses or e-commerce): Offered on a variety of platforms (Wix, Squarespace, etc.) - Website revisions and updates (content, images, layout adjustments) - New page creation and design - E-commerce support (product updates, order management) - Platform-specific design customization and optimization - Performance monitoring and reporting - 1-on-1 brainstorming sessions for innovative marketing ideas - Developing unique brand strategies and campaigns - Guidance on creating a luxury brand experience - Custom graphic design (social media graphics, website banners, promotional materials) - Content creation (blog posts, website copy, email newsletters) - Social media content ideas and captions Laid-Back Social Media Management ("The Concierge Suite" Only - Limited Availability): We'll take care of your social media presence with a relaxed, authentic approach. - Includes 2 high-quality posts per week across Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business Profile (video content included). We'll also share a weekly post in relevant community Facebook groups (Florida only) to increase your local reach and brand awareness. We encourage you to add your own updates and posts whenever possible to maintain a genuine connection with your audience. We'll provide inspiration and ideas to help you "up your social media game." This service utilizes 7 of the 8 hours in "The Concierge Suite" package, with 1 hour reserved for meetings and communication. Additional hours can be purchased if needed. Additional Perks: Priority Support: Faster response times, dedicated email support, and screen-sharing sessions. Private Facebook Group: Access to a private Facebook community with marketing updates, Q&A sessions, and peer-to-peer networking. Lifetime access for all clients who subscribe for at least one 4-month term! Rollover Policy: Unused hours can roll over to the next month. If unused hours from the first month are not used in the second month, they are lost. The rollover counter resets on the third month.
